What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?
  • We work hard to ensure that every item that gets sent out is of high quality. However, if you have any concern about a damaged or faulty item, please email us as soon as possible at support@celcios.com                                   
    Can you send me tracking information?
      • Tracking information will be sent to the email address you inputted at checkout. If you believe you miss typed your email please notify us.

        Can I cancel my order after it is shipped?
          • Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled after it is shipped but if you canceled your order before it was shipped, a full refund will be issued to your credit card.
